PICK RELIABILITY
Vision and intelligence in one system
Two boxes do the work. A stereo camera that sees the bin and a controller that decides what to pick and tells the robot how. Both developed and supported by Eureka.
Eureka 3D Camera
Stereo vision built by Eureka. No structured light, no projector to fail or recalibrate. Two cameras and the geometry between them are enough to pick randomly placed parts in a bin.
Eureka Controller
Runs the AI models for part recognition and pick strategy on-device. ML Studio and a no-code GUI allow anyone to train new parts and program the cell. Drives the robot arm directly, regardless of brand.

What sets Eureka apart in the vision market
3D vision usually fails on cost: cost to evaluate, cost to deploy, and cost to maintain. Eureka was built to remove all three.
Engineering time to implement
Trained on millions of parts, the masterless model recognizes and picks most rigid geometries with no training. Ideal for rapid prototyping and POCs.
Our team trains a production-grade model on your part — via CAD, or by annotating images (CAD-free). Days, not months.
Reliability and maintenance costs
Up to 99.5% pick reliability, sustained across 30M+ picks on Fortune 500 manufacturing lines.
The entire system — process logic, robot program, AI models — is yours, open and editable in our no-code software.
Train AI models on-premise. CAD files never have to leave your facility.
Works with any robot brand on your line
Out-of-the-box integration with every major robot brand, driven directly by the Eureka controller.
Proven with Fortune 500 manufacturers
After eight years in the market, we know a thing or two about making vision work.
Flexible options for model training
Depending on your parts and process, we can choose from a range of model training options.

Masterless
Works out of the box. Uses our super-model trained on millions of parts. Point the camera at your parts and start picking.
POCs and applications where SKUs can't be predicted and don't need to be placed with precision.

Annotation (no CAD)
Pictures of your parts from different angles, under different lighting conditions, in different orientations — annotated in Eureka's ML Studio software.
Applications where CAD models aren't available.

Synthetic (CAD)
Our proprietary process simulates your part in hundreds of environments for a fast and complete model. Also called synthetic data.
Applications where CAD is readily available.
