Precisely Arranging Randomly-Placed Small Parts
The application isn’t challenging because of part sizes. Each part is also randomly placed, and needs to be arranged in a jig with a 0.2mm clearance – over ten thousand times per day.

Picks lenses as small as grains of rice, randomly placed, with varying orientations.
