Eureka Robotics is excited to announce its participation in AUTOMATE 2025, to be held from May 12 to 15 in Detroit, USA. This marks Eureka Robotics’ official debut in the North American market. Precisely Arranging Randomly-Placed Small Parts
The application isn’t challenging because of part sizes. Each part is also randomly placed, and needs to be arranged in a jig with a 0.2mm clearance – over ten thousand times per day.

Picks lenses as small as grains of rice, randomly placed, with varying orientations.
Places the lenses into a jig with 0.2mm of insertion clearance.
