Eureka Robotics to Unveil Eureka AI Vision System at AUTOMATE 2025

[Atlanta, GA, USA] – 30 April, 2025 – Eureka Robotics, a deep-tech company known for its High Accuracy – High Agility (HAHA) technology, is excited to announce its participation in AUTOMATE 2025, to be held from May 12 to 15 in Detroit, USA. The company will be exhibiting at Booth #8314.

This is Eureka Robotics’ official debut show in the North American market. While its solutions have previously been adopted by select early customers in this market, the company is now focusing on rapidly growing its presence.

Eureka Robotics’ innovative solutions are designed to serve a wide range of industries including Automotive, Aerospace & MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul), Electronics, Medical,… all of which demand a unique blend of high precision and operational flexibility.

At its booth, Eureka Robotics will present two advanced AI-powered vision applications:

3D Picking, Set Up in Minutes

This demo showcases the real-time recognition, picking, and sorting of randomly placed automotive parts. Eureka AI Vision SystemTM generates high-precision point cloud data from 3D camera images, instantly identifying shapes and gripping points. Despite handling multiple SKUs, the system can begin picking within a single afternoon, requiring neither CAD files nor extensive training. This drastically reduces system setup time and enables rapid adaptation to new or changing product types.

Precisely Arranging Randomly-Placed Small Parts

This demo features high-precision handling of tiny glass lenses, comparable in size to grains of rice, being inserted into a fixture with 0.2 mm accuracy, at 900 pieces per hour. By automating processes that previously relied on manual labor, the solution significantly improves cycle time and process consistency.

Eureka AI Vision SystemTM : Eureka Controller + Eureka 3D Camera

Both demos are powered by the Eureka Controller, which seamlessly integrates control of cameras, robots, and peripherals. Calibration—typically a time-consuming part of vision system setup—is greatly simplified, allowing for rapid deployment.

“In the world of manufacturing, automation is often about achieving high precision in repetitive tasks. In contrast, logistics demands flexibility due to the wide variety of items handled. Traditionally, these two qualities—precision and flexibility—have been seen as opposing forces. At Eureka, we’ve developed a technology that delivers both.” said Dr. Pham Quang Cuong, Co-founder and CEO of Eureka Robotics.

“Our mission has always been clear: to bridge the gap between cutting-edge robotics research and real-world industrial automation. While robotic vision is not a new concept, what makes Eureka different is our ability to unlock applications that were once thought too complex — or even impossible —  to automate. We are thrilled to bring our proven technology to the US market.”

We invite you to visit our booth and see firsthand how Eureka’s solutions can power the next generation of automation in your operations.
